Abstract

By the engineering theory of safety system, this paper researches RAMS management in Zheng-Xi high-speed railway project with the reference of European standard EN50126, to establish RAMS management system which suits Chinese high-speed railway construction, and to improve the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the project.
