Zusammenfassung

Der Zusammenhang zwischen Freiheit und Technik muss grundlegend neu gedacht werden. In den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten hat es im Rahmen der Digitalisierung eine breite öffentliche Debatte über das Verhältnis von Freiheit und Technik gegeben. Dieser Dialog wird meist bloß implizit geführt. Die Annahmen, welche die Debatte bestimmen, werden jedoch nicht deutlich genug definiert. Gleichzeitig ist in vielen Fällen nicht klar, welche Konsequenzen solche Annahmen mit sich bringen, da sie nicht trennscharf voneinander abgegrenzt und entwickelt werden.
