Abstract

Change is the inevitable consequence of an organisation’s innate customer-centricity so embracing the customer-driven concept necessarily requires a flexible approach to the management and co-ordination of those organisational behaviours, systems and processes that intrinsically favour the status quo over re-configuration and renewal.
