Abstract

Today’s economic environment including commercial as well as non-commercial environments requires from suppliers cost effective services. The debates regarding this topic are presenting different strategies. In the first group are supporters of traditional technology including internal solutions with low level of flexibility. On the other hand we have groups of professionals who understand very well the market requirements. These non-standard innovative solutions provide a high level of autonomy for users, flexibility in management and open space for creativity in the future. Our paper provides information related to economic aspects of implementation of the services based on cloud concept. In our case the process of education was adapted in cloud environment to reduce investment and operation cost of organization responsible for education of internal staff.
