Zusammenfassung

Organisationaler Zynismus ist eine negative Einstellung gegenüber dem eigenen Arbeitgeber, die aus dem Glauben an dessen mangelnde Integrität, negativen Emotionen und negativ-destruktiven Verhaltensweisen besteht. In diesem Kapitel wird dargestellt, wie weit dieses Phänomen verbreitet ist, welches die wichtigsten Ursachen sind und welche Folgen organisationaler Zynismus haben kann. Schließlich wird ein Überblick über mögliche Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung bzw. Reduktion von organisationalem Zynismus gegeben.
