Adoption Factors of Digitize Facilities: A Management Review

Abstract

This research study specified the Building Information Model has structures such as formation and sharing of the data with other associates of the project. Building Information model was used as a tool for the improvement of sustainability of constructions by consuming the energy effectively and upholding a waste organisation process in the post constructed level in the business highlighting the facility management. The objective of this systematic review is to provide the digitalization technology to have a better understanding which accomplishes the development of electrical devices, approaches and organisations that make the statement more precise and flexible by focusing on previous studies. Surveyed the strategies of showing the systematic review for which the investigators have focused on two main records which are google scholar and emerald insights from which the case studies were selected by clarifying the scholars based on year (2018–2020) and concentrating on eligibility standards. The three studies that were certain of which 2 were from google scholar and one was from emerald insights. These were choose based on sustaining the aims of the present study. The outcomes of the current study revolve the significance of combination between technological digitalization, capabilities, business, and organisation of digital Facility Management. To conclude, the digital practices of the sustainable facility management are experiencing appraisal and transformation.
