Zusammenfassung

In der klassischen Führungsforschung US-amerikanischer Prägung ist Führung ein positiv belegter Begriff. Danach kann es eigentlich keine gute und erst recht keine schlechte Führung geben. Diese Position wurde in den letzten Jahren zurecht hinterfragt. Aus den zahlreichen theoretischen Ansätzen und empirischen Forschungsbemühungen zu verschiedenen Facetten guter und schlechter Führung konzentrieren wir uns nach einem Überblick auf zwei Repräsentanten: die ethische Führung als Prototyp guter Führung und die destruktive Führung als Vertreter der schlechten Führung. In beiden Fällen gehen wir auf Ursachen, Einflussfaktoren, Erscheinungsformen und Wirkungen dieser Formen guter und schlechter Führung näher ein.
