Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of manufacturing flexibility on the response to customer requirements which is the dependent variable. This study was applied on 210 random samples of 458 manufacturing companies in King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Industrial City. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect the primary data from the units of observation. The data was analyzed by using SPSS program. The study findings showed the impact of manufacturing flexibility on response to customer requirements. The study recommends increasing of job rotations of employees among company’s activities to amend labor flexibility.
