This issue is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of academician M.L. Ter-Mikaelyan, an outstanding scientist known to the scientific community for his work on coherent bremsstrahlung, quantum and nonlinear optics, quantum electronics and laser physics, high-temperature superconductivity and related fields. The range of scientific interests of Ter-Mikaelyan was impressive.
