In diesem Kapitel werden die Ergebnisse des Missing Person Project (MPP) verwendet, um die Eigenschaften und Motivationen von Personen zu untersuchen, die falsche Behauptungen aufstellen und Falschmeldungen über Entführungen und vermisste Personen machen.
