Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die Ergebnisse des Missing Person Project (MPP) verwendet, um zu untersuchen, welche Faktoren die Art und Weise beeinflussen können, wie Familienmitglieder, Freunde, Gemeindemitglieder und Führungskräfte, Strafverfolgungsbehörden, Richter und andere auf Kinder reagieren, die während des CCs und des Besuchs vermisst und von Familienmitgliedern entführt werden. In diesem Kapitel werden Ereignismerkmale und die Rolle des Gesetzes und der Gerichte bei der Bewältigung des Problems der vermissten und entführten Kinder während des CCs hervorgehoben. Darüber hinaus wird die traumatische Auswirkung dieser Kindesmisshandlung diskutiert.
